Your Career Polarity Review

The Career Polarity Review is one of several applications of the Polarity Grid being developed by Delphi. The CPR will be available for testing later in 2010 and will be of interest to HR specialists and management development consultants and trainers.

The categories below are not yet connected to the Delphi evaluation system and are presented merely to indicate the approach being adopted to the CPR.

Pay How positive or negative you feel about your current level of take home pay.
Training Opportunities for improving your skills, knowledge.
Boss How positive or negative you feel about your relations with your immediate superior.
Prospects How positive or negative you feel about your prospects for improving your situation in the near future in your current organisation.
Performance How positive or negative you feel about how well you are performing in your current role
Job How positive or negative you feel about the actual job that you are currently doing.
Benefits How positive or negative you feel about your current benefits - eg holidays, working conditions, perks or bonuses, travel and commuting.
Peers How positive or negative you feel about your relations with close work colleagues of a similar level in the organisation.
Subordinates How positive or negative you feel about your relations with those who work for you in your work place.
