The Quadrants

Each quadrant contains a different combination of the variables (Polarity and Power) and represents a particular state or condition.

Using the quadrants is an easy way to record our estimation of where we are or where we might want to be, as the quadrants represent four fundamental states or conditions which are readily recognisable.

·          Quadrant 1. Powerful negativity.

·          Quadrant 2. Weak negativity.

·          Quadrant 3. Weak positivity.

·          Quadrant 4. Strong positivity.

Moving between the Quadrants is the surest way of confirming individual change and ‘becoming’. As we progress through the Change Cycle we keep modifying our individual Chemistry thereby transforming our relations with others. We move from Q1 to Q2 by reducing the power of our negative expressions. As we move from Q2 to Q3 we cross the Line of Transition and enter ‘upstairs’ in the Grid where habitual negativity is replaced by positivity. As our positivity increases in power we cross the line of transformation and enter Q4 where we experience a life of creative fulfilment.
