The Delphi
Book
The Delphi Book – a Guide to Individual and
Organisational Change.
The Delphi Book identifies three generic structures which
lie at the heart of individual and organisational growth.
Combined with a series of fundamental
principles related to polarity and change, these structures
challenge established concepts of personal development,
leadership, management and organisational purpose.
Part I highlights the need for a shift in emphasis,
a turning, which establishes individual freedom and
responsibility as the basis of enlightened personal
relations, organisational effectiveness and governance. The
book argues for a conscious and wide ranging transformation
which will constitute, in effect, an Individual and
Organisational Revolution.
In Part II, the author argues that the
spiritualisation of life is a natural and necessary step in
the reconciliation of the contradictions and dysfunctions
which persist in relationships at the individual, national
and global level.
