The Career Polarity Review is one of several applications of the Polarity Grid being developed by Delphi. The CPR will be available for testing later in 2010 and will be of interest to HR specialists and management development consultants and trainers.

 

The categories below are not yet connected to the Delphi evaluation system and are presented merely to indicate the approach being adopted to the CPR.
