The Delphi Project

 

The aim of the Delphi Project is to help people to change and grow.

 

There are three main elements to the project which can be explored on the website.

 

·          Through the Polarity Grid we can find out where we are in life and initiate a movement which will help transform our personal and working relationships.

 

·          Through the Change Cycle we can explore the stages of personal growth and observe its effect on our world – in our jobs and personal projects, in our organisations and in public life.

 

·          With an understanding of the Growth Spiral we can initiate and participate in projects which are capable of changing our world.

 

Step 1

 

Explore The Polarity Grid and the meanings behind the Lines and Borders and Corners.

Observe how the Quadrants  in the Grid define four different states or conditions

 which we experience in life.

 

Step 2

 

See how The Polarity Grid connects with The Change Cycle   and The Growth Spiral

to give shape and structure to our individual life projects.

 

Step 3

 

Find out where you are in the Grid and set a goal for where you want to be

 by clicking on Where am I in The Polarity Grid?  and completing a private evaluation

 of your personal Polarity and Power.

 

After completing your evaluation you will be invited to enter a user name and password to open a secure space – My Delphi Space – where you will receive a copy of your own Grid with your unique coordinates and a commentary on how to move in the Grid to attain your personal aims. The three basic questions which form the basis of your evaluation – Where am I? Where do I want to be? and How do I get there? – are more fully explored in The Delphi Book.

 

 

An additional aim of the Delphi Project is to help to connect people

 who wish to apply some of the principles from The Delphi Book

 to practical projects in their life and work.
